Ashmount Rally 2nd – 5th june
The timetable for the rally will be as follows, please note you will need some food (and drink!) as all meals are not catered:
Saturday – Afternoon Tea provided , Evening meal please provide your own.
Sunday – Breakfast not provided but cooking facilities available.
Sunday – Midday Commodores reception please provide a plate of finger food.
Sunday – QJ Pageant on TV in marquee during the afternoon, evening meal will be a BBQ with meat, cheese & biscuits provided, please provide any other food you need.
Monday – Breakfast provided, for lunch a cheese ploughmans will be provided and weather permitting we will go for short cruise please leave plates for ploughmans at breakfast. Evening meal is provided.
Tuesday – Breakfast provided.
